After watching the impeachment process for the past few months, it's hard not to feel a little fatigued. But even though Schiff isn't introducing new material, he's spent the morning: 1) outlining the facts; 2) giving senators a civics lesson about the history/purpose of impeachment; 3) arguing, at length, that the stakes are very high.
That's a lot of ground to cover — and Schiff clearly has an excellent grasp on all of these moving pieces. So I'm impressed by his performance. Whether it will change any senators' minds, though, is a very different question. And of course, we have many hours of argument still to go.
