We’re nearly nine months into the first year of the new FiveThirtyEight, with big plans for Super Bowl XLIX, the 87th Academy Awards, the 2016 presidential election and much more.
As we grow, we’ll need numerate and data-savvy editors, and we’re looking for a copy editor who can check our priors and our prose. Experience with data journalism and graphics are big pluses, as is technical editing experience. But we’re also interested in candidates who are quick studies with a mastery of AP style and a sense for writing for the Web. After all, language nerds certainly fit our mission to make the news a little nerdier.
