What Went Down In Elections In Minnesota, Wisconsin, Vermont And Connecticut

I hear what folks are saying: Historically speaking, the national environment should get better for Republicans. But isn’t it possible that we’re in a somewhat exceptional moment? I know we talked about this last Tuesday, when Kansas voters decided that the state constitution did protect abortion. I guess what I’m saying is, we know what history says should happen, but at the same time … it hasn’t happened yet?
