In the Democratic primary for Vermont’s at-large district, ABC News reports that state Senate President Pro Tempore Becca Balint is projected to defeat Lt. Gov. Molly Gray. Balint leads 59 percent to 39 percent with 35 percent of the expected vote reporting, and she’ll now be heavily favored to win in the general election and become the first woman to ever represent Vermont in Congress.
