Speaking of the likely end of that streak in Vermont — the race between the two leading candidates in the Democratic primary for the state’s at-Large district are both women. And it looks like Balint is on her way to winning: She leads Gray by about 20 points, 59 percent to 39 percent, with 21 percent of the expected vote reporting. It’s hard to see Gray overcoming that kind of margin.
