Nathaniel, the one bit of good news for Vermont Republicans is that they have Gov. Phil Scott, who has 69 percent of the vote in his primary in the very early going. He’s tracking to win tonight and then be heavily favored in the fall against Democratic nominee Brenda Siegel (who’s unopposed in her primary), thanks in part because he’s an especially moderate and anti-Trump Republican.
