Harris breaks down Biden’s foreign policy in straightforward, even folksy terms — it’s about relationships and sticking with the allies who have stuck with you. Typically foreign policy isn’t very salient for most voters, especially when there are other pressing issues. Not clear whether talking about this in simpler, even populist terms, will get through to voters.
