The last several minutes have been devoted to the conflict in Syria. The U.S. reached Obama’s stated goal of admitting 10,000 Syrian refugees in August of this year. But as we wrote last year, 10,000 is not impressive when you look at the scale of the crisis and the number of refugees we’ve accepted from other countries.
