Castor asks Taylor, “It [Sondland’s role in Ukraine policy] may have been unusual, but it certainly wasn’t outlandish.” All Taylor did was smile and look down, and Castor took it as a yes.

This is sorta fun. Castor trying to argue that the “irregular” channel might have been irregular but wasn’t “outlandish.” Not sure where he’s going here.

It sounds like it’s actually weird for the Ukraine policy to be set by the EU ambassador. And I think the president’s lawyer is very weirdly involved here.
