What Went Down On Super Tuesday

Biden’s campaign is obviously timing this speech for prime time in much of the country, but it’s also before we get the Texas or — especially — early California results. Sanders could win Texas, plus he came into tonight pretty heavily favored in California. Biden is trying to seal the narrative spin that this is a great night for him. That is true so far, but it would certainly be a silver lining for Sanders — and maybe more than that — if he could win the two biggest states in the country.

As Biden speaks in Los Angeles, Sanders supporters have filed an emergency motion with a local judge to keep polling places open for an additional two hours tonight because of the crazy lines and problems with voting machines.

Biden is yelling out the states he has won during his speech in California. What a night so far for him.
