Maine continues to count its votes, with Biden now enjoying a lead of less than a percentage point. Lewiston, Maine’s second-largest city, has now reported, and Biden’s victory there closely matched his current margin in the state — he won 33.7 percent of the vote to Sanders’s 32.3.

We’ve seen throughout the night that there’s a major difference between voters who decided early and those who decided in the last few days — Sanders consistently does a lot better among earlier deciders, while Biden has the advantage among late deciders.
