What Went Down In Super Bowl LIII

Sloppy. I think that’s the theme of this game so far.

One of those games was that crazy Pats-Panthers Super Bowl where there was an offensive explosion starting at about the two-minute warning of the first half. So the over isn’t really dead — it’s only nearly dead.

This is the fifth time since 2001 that the Super Bowl has been scoreless through a quarter. The other ones were in 2003, 2004, 2014 and 2016. Sense a pattern there? All Patriots Super Bowls.
