I’m calling back to our article about Mahomes’s success getting rid of the ball quickly. Yes, Kelce dropped it, but the design of the play didn’t work. It was another scramble drill. Nothing so far for the Chiefs is working in structure. Those should be the more successful plays — the ones that work as designed.
