I do think that some of the bipartisan bills he mentioned that have passed didn’t get a lot of attention in part because political coverage is often about conflict. Trump mentioned new laws that passed to address the opioid crisis, a farm bill, VA reforms and a criminal justice reform provision. These were actually pretty important pieces of legislation.
