Perry said this already, but going to say this again: These four senators are saying that “skinny repeal” is terrible and works for no one. They are very clear that this is just a way to get to conference to buy more time, partly because they don’t even have scores from the CBO yet. Just a reminder that they didn’t have to hold the vote this week.
