Graham, McCain and Johnson just announced that they wanted to keep the process moving forward, and were asked by leadership to vote for “skinny repeal” in order to go to conference with the House. But Graham also called “skinny repeal” a “disaster” and a “half-assed” approach to health care. Graham said he wouldn’t vote for “skinny repeal” until he received more assurances from the Speaker of the House and his team that the resulting bill actually would go to conference with the House.
