What Went Down On Health Care This Week

Amendment fails with 54 “no,” 45 “yes,” per C-SPAN. Missing vote is Democrat Michael Bennet of Colorado, per The New York Times’s tracker.

Collins, Heller and Murkowski have voted against both bills. This is the “no” caucus.

A reminder of what was just voted on: It’s essentially a bill to repeal various provisions of Obamacare in two years’ time, buying the GOP time to come up with a replacement bill. It would also have defunded Planned Parenthood for a year.
