I agree with this take. It was probably a bad idea to release a health care plan a few days before the debate when you don’t really know the ins-and-outs of how to defend it.

Harris is really getting tangled up now, again because she's not actually steeped in the detail of health care debates. I suspect she is wishing she hadn't released her Medicare for All plan right before this debate, because now she's the focal point.
