Anyone who has listened to Gabbard since the last debate knew that this moment was coming. She’s been criticizing Harris a lot. Gabbard’s supporters (I know it’s not a huge number) seem to really dislike Harris’s prosecutorial past.

Biden was the last VP nominee who ran for president in the same cycle he was picked for the ticket, in 2008.

Gabbard has been attacking Harris for weeks now. I don’t know why she has decided to take on a non-front-runner, but Gabbard was ready to unload on Harris.
