What Went Down On Night One Of The Second Democratic Debate
I thought Warren’s response on electability was probably the right one given she doesn’t have as much material to work with on the numbers side of things (e.g. winning in a red state or being consistently ahead of Trump in polls). And that jab back at Delaney was especially effective.
Clearly a moment for Warren, but a victory for Delaney that Warren felt compelled to respond to him.
Lots of talk about universal health care today. But as Nate wrote last week, Medicare for All isn’t that popular — even among Democrats.
