What Went Down In Robert Mueller’s Testimony

Rep. Scanlon noting again that Trump refused to sit for an interview with Mueller but hasn’t pressed him on why he didn’t try to subpoena Trump. I’m still waiting for someone to ask that question.

No new calls for impeachment from the 2020 Democratic contenders, but the count of renewed calls is now up to seven — Booker, Gillibrand, Moulton, O’Rourke, Sanders Steyer, Warren, according to ABC News.

Buttigieg has still stopped short of calling for impeachment proceedings and has said instead that he’s focusing on defeating Trump in 2020.

Republican Rep. Ben Cline kept saying, “I have limited time,” in an effort to cut Mueller’s answers off. Just goes to show how the purpose of this hearing, for many of these representatives, is grandstanding.
