What Went Down In Robert Mueller’s Testimony

For anyone who’d like to read the back-and-forth on whether Mueller would have indicted Trump but for the OLC opinion, it’s here:

To the point Laura is flagging, I’m not clear still that Mueller intended to go quite that far. But yes, if that stands as his testimony, that would be big — if he says the only reason he didn’t indict was because of the OLC opinion.

Rep. Demings’s back-and-forth was actually pretty sharp, I thought. She got Mueller to agree that his investigation was at least somewhat impeded by Trump officials not telling the truth, then ceded the rest of her time.
