What Went Down In Robert Mueller’s Testimony

I kind of wonder if Mueller is purposefully asking for questions to be repeated, asking for citations, using overly florid language, etc., in an effort to minimize how much his testimony is replayed on cable news …

It is sort of a minor miracle for Trump that he made it through the investigation without firing Mueller. The best part of the investigation being over for Trump is that he no longer has the opportunity to fire him.

I think that’s totally right, Galen, but those are questions he’s likelier to get this afternoon, when he testifies before the House Intelligence Committee. It will be interesting to see if he’s more forthcoming there.
