Nate, I actually think that from a political messaging perspective — which is what this is mostly about since we already have the report — both sides should maybe stop asking questions and just give five minute speeches. The rhetorical questions you mention are actually the most boring part of this.
If you doubted how much of a stickler for the law Mueller is, witness how he’s flipping to each page in the report to confirm that what the questioner says is on that page is actually on that page.
Ratcliffe will get another shot at questioning Mueller later this afternoon, too. He’s also on the House Intelligence Committee.
