What Went Down In Robert Mueller’s Testimony
The Republicans are focusing on why Mueller investigated Trump for obstruction of justice even though he knew he wasn’t going to indict him. This has always been one of the strangest paradoxes of Mueller’s role — a special prosecutor can investigate potential criminal wrongdoing by a sitting president, but it’s impossible to charge him.
