What Went Down During President Trump’s Closing Speech At The RNC

Trump is now thanking his children and those gathered, but he’s also said that he plans to visit the areas affected by Hurricane Laura this weekend.

It’s 10:27 pm here on the East Coast, and I can’t help but think that since so many of the key states are either in Eastern or Central time, it’s a little late for some of us in those states.

Not to sound old and old-fashioned, but I worked in the Clinton White House, and if anyone had displayed a Clinton-Gore ’96 campaign poster at work, that would have been considered a fireable offense. So watching Trump give this acceptance speech from the White House is throwing me.
