It is truly something else that there is a RNC segment about NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio. This is sorta out of left field for this convention, but he is pretty unpopular with a lot of the (NYC-based) media and he’s been seen as whiffing on a lot of COVID-19 stuff, so I guess they figure he’s an easy target?

Small thing, but while we’ve seen a lot of Black Americans during the RNC and some Hispanic Americans, there have been rather few Asian Americans, a group that once upon a time used to be fairly Republican-leaning.
