Yeah, it’s nicely produced and a really humanizing introduction to Pence’s story.

I suspect a lot of voters don’t know Pence’s personal story. And I think this is a very well-done video with great photos.

Trump’s foreign policy always makes me think of Walter Russell Mead’s four categories of American foreign policymakers: Hamiltonians, Wilsonians, Jeffersonians and Jacksonians. Trump is a Jacksonian: someone who is mostly isolationist but will strike with fury if the American homeland is threatened. It’s not that different of a stance from the dovish, Jeffersonian views of many Democrats.
