What Went Down On Night 3 Of The RNC

Until Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Elise Stefanik was the youngest woman ever elected to Congress. This cycle, she’s made a concerted effort to elect more Republican women to the House through her leadership PAC. Next week, Meredith and I will have an article up on the site about how successful she’s been!

We’re hearing from another person also described as a rising GOP star, Elise Stefanik. Her district along the “North Way” in upstate New York is large — and only slightly GOP-leaning. It’ll be interesting to see what happens to that district after redistricting.

Stefanik shouts out the 1980 US Men’s Hockey team and the Miracle On Ice. The NHL has been the lone sports league to play all games as planned tonight.
