More Michigan: Decision Desk HQ has Kalamazoo County in southwestern Michigan roughly tied. It went for Bernie by 24 points in 2016 so that isn’t such a strong result for him.

It’s a slightly eccentric area, Rakich, with a lot of Dutch-American heritage, conservative but also sort of #NeverTrump/anti-establishment (it elects Justin Amash to Congress) — pretty college-educated and well-off. I’m not sure it’s an easy place to generalize, but Sanders probably needs to win there by more than 5 points to win Michigan.
