Geoff, that might be because McCormick is from Allegheny County for ballot purposes but has been living in Connecticut for a while, and in his campaign materials and paid media he talks a lot more about Bloomsburg (Columbia County, where he’s winning 47 percent) rather than Pittsburgh.
