Yeah, Pennsylvania’s 12th District is just the renamed 18th District (85 percent of the new 12th is from the old 18th, per Daily Kos Elections). The old 12th was completely dissolved, and its incumbent, Republican Fred Keller, isn’t running for anything this year. A victim of Pennsylvania’s lost seat.
