We’ve got a little over half the vote in from Pennsylvania’s GOP primary for U.S. Senate, and it’s looking like Barnette’s late surge probably isn’t going to come to fruition. She’s at 23 percent, trailing Oz (30 percent) and McCormick (32 percent). It looks to be a two-man race, and one that could be very close.
