On the news that vote totals from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, will be delayed — Lancaster is a GOP powerhouse. By my count, there are only three counties that cast more total ballots for Trump in 2020 statewide: Allegheny, home to Pittsburgh, and Montgomery and Bucks, which are outside Philadelphia. (These three counties are among the four most populous in the state.)
