Now that polls have closed across Kentucky, ABC News is projecting that Sen. Rand Paul has won the Republican nomination and former state Rep. Charles Booker has won the Democratic nomination for Senate. Booker is a big name in Kentucky progressive circles, but he’ll be the heavy underdog against Paul in November.
