In a good year for Republicans, Miller should be able to hold the new 7th District, which Trump would have carried by 9 points, 54-45 percent. But in a better year for Democrats, Miller could be vulnerable due to his serious personal baggage. Then again, Ohio’s districts might look quite different after this election cycle.
