In the Democratic Senate primary, we’ve already got 15 percent of the vote counted in Franklin County (Columbus), where Ryan’s main opponent Morgan Harper is from. Ryan’s ahead by about 40 points, which is only a few points worse than he’s doing statewide. Not a great sign for Harper.
