Speaking of Tim Ryan, he’s alienated some Democrats nationally with his rhetoric on China, but at the same time, what works for a Democrat in Ohio is different than say what works for a Democrat in New York. So is Ryan making a smart pitch to voters? That is, could he actually win in Ohio statewide?
