We’ve got nearly half the vote in from the Republican primary for Oklahoma’s special election for U.S. Senate, and Mullin’s lead is holding at around 46 percent, shy of the majority he needs to avoid a runoff. Shannon continues to be in second with about 17 percent, ahead of Holland and Dahm, who both have 11 percent.
