We’ve got 29 percent of the expected vote in from the special GOP primary for U.S. Senate in Oklahoma, and Mullin still leads. He’s now up to about 46 percent, and if he can inch a bit higher, he could clear the 50 percent mark and avoid an August runoff. Shannon seems more comfortably ensconced in second with 17 percent, while Holland and Dahm are just above 10 percent.
