The other race we’re watching in Oklahoma is the 2nd District Republican primary, which is a fight to see who can succeed Mullin in one of the reddest seats in the country. I’m going to go on a short limb and say it’s going to a runoff: With 22 percent of the expected vote reporting, no candidate has more than 15 percent. That’ll happen when 14 candidates run and about nine of them seemed significant enough to mention in our primary preview.
