Otsego County just reported a large number of votes, so at least based on the data in front of us, most of the expected vote has reported in New York’s 19th District’s special election. Ryan now leads by 3.6 points, 51.3 percent to 48.7 percent. But considering the shifts we’ve already seen, given turnout being far higher than expected, we should be cautious to write this one in Sharpie.
