It’s always a dicey game pulling lessons out of special elections, but one thing is for sure: Voters are fired up. Turnout expectations in the 19th District have been rising all night. I’d say this, plus Kansas and some other results we’ve seen, augurs well for turnout in the fall. Definitely more 2018 than 2014.
