The confounding thing in the 19th District is that we just don’t know how many ballots are outstanding. Molinaro has already closed the gap significantly, as Geoffrey said, to get to just a 4-point deficit. If there are a lot of ballots outstanding, that could close even more — maybe even to the point where Republicans overperform here. But if there aren’t many votes left, Ryan could obviously maintain this lead and win. We just don’t know.
