Counting has slowed down significantly in New York’s 3rd District but we’ve got a little more of the vote in, and Zimmerman is still in the lead. He’s got 36 percent to Kaiman’s 26 percent and Lafazan’s 19 percent. D’Arrigo has 16 percent.
