ABC News now projects that Brecheen has defeated Frix in the Republican primary runoff in Oklahoma’s 2nd District. With 91 percent of the expected vote reporting, Brecheen leads 52 percent to 48 percent. Brecheen will now coast to an easy general election win in the dark-red seat.
