In Florida’s 15th District, former Florida secretary of state Laurel Lee will be the GOP nominee, ABC projects. She’s leading state Sen. Kelli Stargel, 42 percent to 28 percent. Lee will be favored to win the seat in the fall against Democratic nominee Alan Cohn.
