Around one-quarter of the expected vote is in from Oklahoma’s GOP runoff for its special election for Senate, and Mullin has a healthy lead over Shannon, 62 percent to 38 percent. Mullin led in pretty much all polling in the lead-up to today, but the margins did vary some. But Shannon is going to need a lot to change to have a chance.
