In Florida’s 27th District, ABC projects that state Sen. Annette Taddeo will win the Democratic primary, defeating Miami City Commissioner Ken Russell in the primary. Taddeo will face Rep. María Elvira Salazar in what is probably Democrats’s only shot at flipping a GOP-held seat in Florida.
