ABC News projects that Broward County Commissioner Jared Moskowitz has won the Democratic primary in Florida’s 23rd District. Moskowitz will face an undeterminned Republican this fall. (The GOP primary hasn’t been called yet, but Joe Budd, the founder of Club 45, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting Trump, is currently leading.) Moskowitz should be in good shape come November, though, since the 23rd District has a partisan lean of D+9.
